Fizz-Buzz Kata

Print the numbers in a selected range (min 1 - max 100) and that increments by the given step amount. For multiples of three print “Fizz” instead of the number and for multiples of five print “Buzz”. For numbers which are multiples of both three and five print “FizzBuzz”.
